Temple University College of Engineering is an R1 research institution that provides a high‑quality, affordable, and inclusive engineering education. The college offers seven ABET‑accredited bachelor of science degrees and a wide range of graduate programs that emphasize rigorous fundamentals, real‑world experience, and interdisciplinary research. Responsibilities

Serve as the chief academic and administrative officer of the college, reporting directly to the provost. Lead a faculty and staff community of 56 full‑time faculty, 47 part‑time adjunct faculty, and 44 staff. Set the strategic direction for the college, define vision and priorities, and advance the college mission of excellence in education, research, innovation, and service. Oversee daily operations, including personnel decisions, general administration, budgeting, academic program support, and fundraising. Build a supportive culture for students and faculty, champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, and engage external partners with industry, government, private organizations, and the local community. Qualifications

Strategic and visionary leader with a record of building a supportive culture in a research university. Strong experience in academic leadership, budgeting and resource management, personnel decisions, and fundraising. Demonstrated commitment to accessibility, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Excellent communication, collaboration, and partnership‑building skills. Application
