Registered Nurse (RN) – New Graduate – Training Provided
Full‑time (32 hrs/week) or part‑time (24 hrs/week). Offers full benefits and options to work day, evenings, or overnight shifts. Overtime and shift coverage opportunities available.
Salary $43.00–$58.45 per hour
Location Brookline, Massachusetts – near Boston University and Coolidge Corner. Easy public transportation access and free parking.
Shift Options
Full Time (32 hrs/week) – Day Shift (7am – 3pm) – Women’s Unit
Full Time (32 hrs/week) – Evening Shift (3pm – 11pm) – Dual Diagnosis Unit
Part Time (24 hrs/week) – Evening Shift (3pm – 11pm) – Adult Unit
Full Time (32 hrs/week) – Overnight Shift (11pm – 7:30am) – Adult Unit
Responsibilities Provide patient care in a 66‑bed psychiatric facility, collaborating with multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality inpatient and outpatient services. Assist in assessment, care planning, medication administration, and patient education. Support residents and staff during diverse shifts, including overnight and evening rotations.
Qualifications
Current Massachusetts RN license (or eligible to renew)
New graduates encouraged; plan to take licensure exam within a few months
