Role Overview
We are committed to providing exceptional care for children with ASD, focusing on early intervention and evidence‑based practices tailored to each child and family. Responsibilities
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive‑communication, and swallowing disorders in children with ASD Design and implement comprehensive treatment plans to improve communication skills of children aged 2‑6, using a variety of therapeutic strategies and tools Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including behavior analysts, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to provide holistic care Engage families in the therapeutic process, providing education, resources, and support to enhance their child’s communication development Continuously monitor and document progress, adjusting interventions as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program License to practice speech pathology in the state of your chosen center (Arizona or Colorado) Preference for SLPs with 3+ years of experience, but open to new SLPs starting their career Prior experience with AAC or interest in learning from our clinical teams Desire to be part of an organization advancing the standard of autism therapy Playful spirit and ability to connect and engage with young children Benefits
