Qualifications
Current and valid Registered Nurse license with Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) experience.
Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and communication skills.
Ability to perform independent nursing functions and execute delegated medical tasks.
Familiarity with regulatory documentation standards and interdisciplinary teamwork.
Adaptability to different clinical areas as needed and responsiveness for on‑call shifts.
