Job Description:
Inova Alexandria Hospital is seeking a full-time RN Fellow for the
CV Neuro ICU . This position is for the February 2026 Critical Care Fellowship. The RN Fellow position is for an experienced RN looking to change specialties – we provide training/fellowship program. The Cardiac Vascular Neuro ICU is a 16‑bed unit focusing on vascular and neuro patient population. This is a night shift position – 7:00 pm‑7:00 am. CVNICU RN Fellow Minimum Qualifications:
Experience: 1 year of RN experience.
Education: BSN from an accredited school of nursing. If RN has an Associate's Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.
Certifications: BLS for Healthcare Provider Certification required (AHA).
Licensure: RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as an RN.
CVNICU RN Fellow Preferred Qualifications:
2 years RN experience – inpatient acute care IMC, PCCU, Neuro.
