Under the direction and general supervision of the Nurse Manager, the registered nurse uses evidence‑based practices in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act, hospital policies, and medical staff directives. The RN applies the nursing process to develop a plan of care that meets the physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs of patients and families. Qualifications
RN license in the state of Connecticut; BSN required. Knowledge of regulatory standards. GI and procedural experience required. Leadership experience preferred.
