About the Center Our counseling team provides compassionate, high-quality counseling and therapy to patients seeking recovery from Opioid Use Disorder.
Schedule & Compensation Full‑time hours: Monday – Friday, 5 AM – 1:30 PM. Salary range: $29.00 – $31.00 per hour.
Key Qualifications & Licenses
AOD Certification required (CADC, SUDCC, CATC or higher).
Registration/Certification must be obtained from a California‑approved Counselor Certification Organization (CAADE, CADTP or CCAPP).
HS graduate or equivalent required; Bachelor's or Master’s preferred in social or health services.
Previous experience in addiction recovery or behavioral health settings.
Familiarity with Medication‑Assisted Treatment (methadone, buprenorphine, naltrexone).
Knowledge of evidence‑based practices (CBT, MI, relapse prevention).
Documentation experience per state and federal guidelines.
Experience collaborating in multidisciplinary teams.
Job Responsibilities
Provide high‑quality, compassionate guidance in individual and group counseling sessions.
Plan, oversee, facilitate, and document patient’s recovery.
Co‑facilitate assigned group or family sessions as needed.
Ensure timely, clear documentation of patient care, treatment, and incidents.
Prepare individual treatment plans and conduct initial and follow‑up assessments.
Evaluate patient needs and determine referrals to other programs or facilities.
Plan aftercare, provide crisis intervention, and case‑management duties.
Act as liaison between referral sources and patients.
