About the role:
College Campus Ambassador
to promote our college products and create buzz-worthy content at on‑campus events. This seasonal, independent contractor role is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in marketing, promotions, and social media engagement—all while getting
$20.00 per hour .
Who we’re looking for
Current student at California State University, Sacramento.
Available for the majority of scheduled on‑campus events.
Social media savvy: comfortable navigating Instagram and TikTok, with an active presence on at least one platform. Social media marketing experience is a plus!
Professional & personable: confident, well‑presented, and great at interacting with fellow students. Prior customer service or marketing experience preferred.
Content creator mindset: experience creating engaging social media videos.
What you’ll do
Promote Jostens campus events:
Arrive early to help set up.
Hand out marketing materials to attract students to the Jostens booth.
Facilitate ring try‑ons and encourage students to make a purchase.
Create social media buzz:
Produce two videos for each event:
One video 7 days before the event, including information about the location, time, and why students should attend.
One video at the event, showing all the products students can check out.
Highlight event details (location, time, and why students should attend).
Submit the videos to our Ambassador Specialist for brand approval (one round of edits may be required).
