Senior / Mid‑Senior level Overview

Joining as a Senior Developer on the Advisor Experience team, you will plan and direct projects to design, build, and maintain scalable capabilities that support high‑standard software products and processes. Responsibilities

Guide the team's development efforts toward successful product delivery and support. Design, develop, test, and implement technical solutions based on business requirements and strategic direction. Provide technical leadership to teammates through technical design, code reviews, and implementation of best practices, adhering to the firm's SDLC and release processes. Collaborate with other Development teams, Enterprise Architecture, and Support teams to design, develop, test, and maintain various platforms and their integration with other systems. Assess opportunities for application and process improvements and prepare documentation outlining platform road‑map. Work collaboratively with QA and DevOps teams to adopt CI/CD toolchain and develop automation. Maintain, troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing systems. Communicate with technical and non‑technical groups on a regular basis as part of product/project support. Technical Qualifications

8+ years hands‑on experience designing and building responsive web applications using Angular, Typescript, RxJS, NgRx, NPM, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, and browser developer tools. Excellent understanding of system integration and a great track record of implementing distributed systems with legacy and modern technical tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both technical and non‑technical. Utilizing AI‑powered tools like Copilot to generate code snippets, boilerplate code, and entire functions based on natural language descriptions. Leveraging AI to provide intelligent code completions, reducing the time spent on writing repetitive code. Using AI to identify potential bugs and suggest fixes in real‑time. Code refactoring: employing AI to suggest and automate code refactoring, improving code quality and maintainability. Documentation generation: utilizing AI to generate documentation for code, including comments, function descriptions, and usage examples. Problem‑solving: strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to debug and resolve issues efficiently. Capable of effectively planning, prioritizing, and executing tasks utilizing resources and tools. Motivated and driven by achieving long‑term business outcomes. Knowledge of AWS services such as S3, EKS, CloudFront, and Lambda. Skills and Knowledge

Extensive UI development experience with Angular, React, Web Components, Typescript, RxJS, NgRx, NPM, DevExtreme, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, and browser developer tools. Experience working with continuous integration and delivery tools such as GitHub Actions, Octopus, or equivalent. Experience with testing tools such as Jest, Jasmine/Karma, Cypress, etc. Experience with source control tools like GitHub. Experience with DevSecOps tools such as Synopsys, Prisma, Seeker, Burp Suite, JFrog Xray, Polaris, Wiz, etc. Experience with Microsoft technologies like ASP.NET MVC and .Net framework tools is a plus. Additional Skills & Qualifications

AWS knowledge (S3, EKS) is not mandatory but helpful. React is secondary; Angular is primary. Full‑stack experience in past is preferred but recent roles should be heavy front‑end. Should have 5+ years of focus in Angular. .NET is preference for backend technologies. Financial services industry experience a plus. Experience Level
