Role Purpose The purpose of the role is to support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable web applications using PHP and the Laravel/Symphony framework, ensuring code quality, security, and performance.

Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams including front‑end developers, designers, and product managers to create seamless and engaging user experiences, with a strong emphasis on front‑end technologies such as Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Ensure optimized compatibility across major browsers including Safari and Chrome, addressing cross‑browser performance issues effectively.

Design, implement, and maintain robust database schemas using MySQL or equivalent systems, optimizing queries and ensuring data integrity and security.

Manage the full software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and architecture to deployment, monitoring, and ongoing enhancements and support post‑launch.

Utilize version control systems like Git for source code management, enabling smooth collaboration and continuous integration processes.

Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues proactively, applying strong problem‑solving skills to maintain system reliability and client satisfaction.

Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and continuous learning environment to elevate overall team performance.

Engage with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions aligned with strategic goals.

Mandatory Skills & Compensation Java‑J2EE . Experience: 5‑8 Years. Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000. The role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), and other paid and unpaid leave options.
