Classification Title: OPS Special Project Classification Minimum Requirements: A high school diploma and at least one year of experience working on website content management systems (CMS) to improve user experience and comply with ADA requirements. Appropriate college coursework or internships may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience. Responsibilities
Audit & Compliance Responsibilities: Systematically conduct and document web content audits using UF/IFAS Web Content Standards. Perform ADA compliance audits using Siteimprove. Benchmark performance with Siteimprove and Google (GA4) Analytics. Draft audit launch and summary emails; coordinate approvals; communicate recommendations and next steps to County Extension Offices. Complete implementation of approved changes; conduct 30-day KPI check-ins and report improvements. Tools & Platforms

Expected Salary: $18/hour Qualifications
Required Qualifications: A high school diploma and at least one year of experience working on website content management systems (CMS) to improve user experience and comply with ADA requirements. Appropriate college coursework or internships may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience. Preferred: Experience auditing websites to improve user experience and adhere to ADA compliance. Knowledge of ADA compliance standards and web accessibility best practices. Proficiency with Terminal 4 (CMS). Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work collaboratively. Work Schedule & Location
This is a temporary position for 20 hours a week with a project completion expected prior to June 1. Work hours will be within the Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. work week. The position requires the candidate to work in-person at the ABI Offices at the Straughn IFAS Extension Professional Development Center in Gainesville, Florida. Any selected applicant who is an enrolled UF Student must adhere to all UF Student Employment guidelines. In order to be considered, you must upload your cover letter and resume.
