Job Description — Teamcenter Solution Architect
Position Overview
The Teamcenter Solution Architect is responsible for defining, designing, and implementing end-to-end PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) solutions using Siemens Teamcenter. The role focuses on aligning engineering, manufacturing, and enterprise system processes to ensure digital continuity across the product lifecycle. The architect will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, PLM functional teams, and technical development teams to ensure that Teamcenter aligns with enterprise architecture, scalability, and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture & Design
Lead the overall architecture, configuration, and customization of Siemens Teamcenter.
Translate business and engineering requirements into scalable Teamcenter functional and technical designs.
Define integration strategies between Teamcenter and ERP (SAP), CRM, CAD (NX, SolidWorks, AutoCAD), and Data Lake systems.
Implementation & Delivery
Oversee the installation, configuration, and deployment of Teamcenter components.
Ensure alignment of solutions with PLM security models, compliance, and access control standards.
Review and validate functional specifications, custom extensions, and integration designs developed by implementation partners.
