Seeking an experienced Master Data Management Architect with 9+ years of hands‑on experience architecting enterprise MDM solutions using Reltio, Informatica, or MDM. The ideal candidate designs scalable data architectures, implements complex integration pipelines, establishes governance frameworks, and collaborates with stakeholders to drive consistent, high‑quality master data across the organization.

About the job you’re considering

Design, implement, and manage enterprise-wide MDM solutions ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across multiple domains.

Define and enforce MDM architecture including data domains, mapping, match/merge rules, and survivorship logic.

Collaborate with IT, Enterprise Architecture, data stewards, and business stakeholders to align MDM strategy with governance frameworks.

Lead MDM project lifecycles—requirements gathering, design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and support.

Configure data integration processes and pipelines using ETL tools and MDM platforms (e.g., Reltio, Informatica MDM, IBM MDM, SAP MDG, Semarchy).

Ensure operational excellence by monitoring runtime environments, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance.

Develop and maintain MDM documentation—architecture diagrams, data models, and design deliverables.

Stay current with evolving MDM technologies, tools, trends, and best practices.

Your skills and experience

5–7+ years in architecting and designing MDM solutions; involvement in multiple large‑scale implementations recommended.

Hands‑on experience with leading MDM platforms (Reltio, Informatica MDM, IBM MDM, SAP MDG, or Semarchy).

Proficient in ETL/data integration using tools such as Informatica PowerCenter, MuleSoft, or similar.

Strong foundation in data modeling, metadata management, data quality, and governance principles.

Experience establishing governance frameworks, compliance, and performance/security protocols.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; certifications in MDM or equivalent advantageous.

Core Technical Skills

Data Quality & Governance: Informatica Data Quality, IDQ, RDM.

Additional Technologies: Java, Spring, RESTful APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to bridge technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Strong analytical mindset for problem‑solving with attention to detail.

Collaborative, proactive, and quality‑driven approach in cross‑functional environments.

Project lead capabilities including planning, scope management, and timely delivery of MDM solutions.

Leadership with strong stakeholder engagement capabilities.
