SAP Lead Supply Chain Solution Architect

SAP Lead Supply Chain Solution Architect Our direct client is seeking a Lead SAP Supply Chain Solution Architect for a remote role. The project will run for 12‑18 months. The Solution Architect will own the overall solution blueprint and ensure that the SAP S/4HANA implementation aligns with business objectives, technical standards, and integration requirements.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Working knowledge of the A&D industry

Understanding of government compliance regulations and flow‑down

Strong understanding of SAP S/4 HANA supply chain modules (MM, SD, PP/DS, QM, IM, EWM, MRP, etc.) and their integration points

Strong experience with GPD (Grouping, Pegging and Distribution) and inventory control

Lead fit‑to‑standard workshops to validate SAP best practices against business needs.

Document end‑to‑end architecture, including interfaces, data flows, and security.

Approve functional and technical designs for global processes.

Define and document functional specifications.

Configure SAP for this domain.

Strong documentation and process‑mapping skills.

Experience working in agile teams and SAP Activate phases.
