Position Overview Lead BIM coordination and BIM project support with effective communication, negotiation, clash resolution, scheduling, tracking, document control, and forecasting of costs and profitability. Support and collaborate with company superintendents, foreman, engineers, detailers, and management to deliver quality and profitable BIM projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop the Manufacturing plan as it relates to the Virtual Construction and Fabrication deliverables for the project. Coordination with field project team and Manufacturing supervision to ensure project is planned and executed to ensure maximum use of offsite construction.
Managing the MEP Coordination process in ensuring clashes are being resolved.
Track, forecast, and report labor hours and it pertains to the Manufacturing effort.
Assist in the review of projects with the VCS Manager to aid in the development of the project specific BIM execution plan.
Collaborate with field Project team and Manufacturing supervision to develop project specific schedule as it pertains to the creation and execution of Manufacturing specific deliverables.
Facilitate Manufacturing/VCS Kick‑off meeting with a pre‑planned agenda (template).
Work in concert with trade supervisors to ensure that projects are staffed accordingly.
Assist in creation and management of project‑specific Material Matrix.
Working with the project PM and PE in helping expedite submittals and RFIs to the VCS team.
Review contract drawings, detail drawings and specifications.
Managing the shop drawing process from A/E review thru IFC to make available to the PM team.

Navisworks
Revizto
Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
Preferred Education and Experience
2‑year associates degree or technical college equivalent.
3‑years MEPF BIM coordination lead experience.
Required Licensing and Certifications
Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
