Job Title: Salesforce Developer
Location: Hybrid Onsite (TX/NY/NJ/VA/IA/PA/GA/OH/MN/AZ/NC, etc)
Employment Type: Contract
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and support customized Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong hands?on experience with Salesforce development, integrations, and platform customization. Key Responsibilities Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components Customize Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Implement and maintain workflows, process builders, flows, and validation rules Develop and integrate REST/SOAP APIs with external systems Create and maintain custom objects, fields, reports, and dashboards Perform unit testing and support deployment activities Collaborate with business analysts, admins, and QA teams Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience as a Salesforce Developer Hands?on expertise with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (LWC/Aura) Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization Solid understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, permission sets) Experience with SOQL/SOSL Knowledge of Salesforce Governor Limits and best practices Experience with Git and deployment tools (Change Sets, Salesforce DX) Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Preferred / Nice?to?Have Skills
Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP, middleware) Knowledge of Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing) Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools Prior experience in enterprise or regulated environments
Education
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
