Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Oversee daily operations, including financial performance, staffing, resident satisfaction, and facility safety.
Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and professional growth among department heads and staff.
Partner with clinical leadership to maintain and enhance our 5-star quality outcomes.
Collaborate with regional leadership to implement organizational goals and initiatives.
Serve as the face of the facility, maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and the broader community.
Qualifications
Current and active Maryland Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA) required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed Administrator in a skilled nursing or subacute facility.
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, clinical operations, and reimbursement practices.
Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
