Clinical Supervisor – LMFT, LPCC or LCSW
Eligible California-based LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC professionals can supervise onsite. Full‑time and part‑time roles are available; a hybrid work‑from‑home option is offered for some.
Job Responsibilities
Minimum 4+ years of clinical experience (2+ years post‑licensure)
Supervise associate clinicians
Provide patient care and consult with licensed clinicians
Work with the Clinical Director for consultation and support
Uphold legal and ethical codes of the profession
Model positivity and continuous support
Job Qualifications Experienced clinical supervisor focused on outpatient care of high to moderate functioning clients of all ages with overall clinical supervision and team support to a clinical team. This is both a supervisor and direct care role.
