Employment Details
Employment Status: Full-Time
Compensation: Hourly position, paid bi-weekly.
Schedule: Monday – Friday

Qualifications
Degree: Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology.
Education: Graduate from an American Psychological Association-accredited college or university with a doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology.
Internship/Residency: Successful completion of an internship in psychology accredited by the American Psychological Association.
Experience: 2 years of professional experience working in an outpatient mental health clinic.
Experience delivering one or more evidence‑based treatment modalities: Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and/or Written Exposure Therapy.
Licensure: Current, complete, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a psychologist in any State, the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Core Job Duties
Establish psychiatric diagnoses according to the American Psychiatric Association Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Disorders.
Conduct psychological evaluations utilizing information from clinical interviews, psychological testing, and collateral sources as appropriate.
Provide psychological treatment for individuals and groups; help medical and surgical patients deal with illnesses or injuries.
Assist in the rehabilitation of patients.
Demonstrate proficiency in delivering evidence-based treatment modalities, including Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and/or Written Exposure Therapy.
Practice within the guidelines of state licensing board, APA Ethical Principles and Code of Conduct, and MTF privileges.
Maintain accurate and current notes in Mental Health records and produce reports of evaluation and treatment as required.

Establish psychiatric diagnoses according to the DSM‑5.
Conduct more comprehensive psychological evaluations to address complex diagnostic and treatment issues.
