Role Description This is a contract hybrid role for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor located in Norwell, MA, with flexibility for some work‑from‑home arrangements. The counselor will provide a range of therapeutic services, including individual, group, and relationship therapy. Daily responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing counseling and support, and managing client progress. Collaborative work with other professionals and contributing to the group’s mission will be integral to the role.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Treatment Planning and Case Management to provide well‑structured and effective therapy programs.

Strong knowledge and expertise in Mental Health and Psychology to address diverse client needs.

Experience in Relationship Counseling to support clients in building healthy and meaningful connections.

Active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts.

Excellent communication, organizational, and client‑care skills.

Familiarity with electronic health records and willingness to adopt technology‑driven business tools is a plus.

Commitment to self‑care and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
