Our client is a full‑service veterinary hospital in Agua Dulce, California seeking an Equine/Mixed Practice Associate Veterinarian to join their team. The hospital is dedicated to providing gold‑standard care for equine, small ruminant, and small animal patients, with a reputation for professional and compassionate service throughout the Santa Clarita area. Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Saturday, offering a full range of veterinary services. The large animal practice operates as an ambulatory service, with emergency services available for all animals and 24‑hour emergency coverage provided for large animals. Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for delivering high‑quality care across equine, small ruminant, and small animal patients. Clinical responsibilities include preventive care, internal medicine, surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, lameness evaluations, and urgent care. Equine‑specific services include wellness, pre‑purchase and insurance exams, foot and leg care, parasite control, dentistry, eye care, internal medicine, surgery, IRAP therapy, and ultrasound‑guided injections. The position offers the opportunity to work in both a clinic and ambulatory capacity with access to advanced mobile diagnostic tools. Candidate Requirements
Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA). Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in. Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so. Package
