Float Branch Director - Home Health
Adoration Home Health and Hospice is seeking a passionate, dedicated Home Health Float Branch Director to lead clinical services, set care standards, and ensure quality patient outcomes in a supportive, fulfilling environment.

Responsibilities
Provide support and supervision to the Clinical Manager(s) and promote effective performance.
Maintain efficient, organized office operations and provide a safe working environment for employees.
Ensure deficiencies identified during internal or external surveys or audits are addressed and corrected.
Directly supervise all administrative staff at the Branch and oversee clinical staff through collaboration with the Clinical Manager(s).
Provide overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Branch.
Qualifications
RN license (ASN or BSN).
1–2 years of experience in health services administration, with at least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in Home Health Care or a related health care program.
Five years of experience in leadership or business development preferred.
Valid state license to practice.
Current CPR certification.
