Civil Litigation Associate – 100% Remote
We Are Legal Revolution is seeking a Civil Litigation Associate to join our healthcare and medical malpractice defense practice. Candidates must be California‑barred (other West Coast states may be considered) and have 2–10 years of litigation experience.

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $135,000–$200,000 (based on experience)
Quarterly bonuses: $75/hour for billables over 1,900 annually
Remote‑first, 100% remote work

California Bar admission required (other West Coast states may be considered)

Responsibilities
Handle a variety of civil defense litigation with a focus on healthcare and medical malpractice cases
Manage matters independently with full ownership while collaborating with a supportive team
Take cases to arbitration and trial, including exposure to licensing issues, general liability claims, and medical‑based disputes
Work with experienced trial attorneys committed to developing and promoting the team
Qualifications
2–10 years litigation experience (civil litigation, insurance defense, or general liability)
California Bar admission, or admission in other West Coast states considered
