Teruko Weinberg, Inc., is hiring for a Japanese Bilingual Recruiter position in Torrance, CA. The role is in‑person, full‑time, with a pay range of $20–$25 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
Client Development: conduct targeted marketing calls, follow up to nurture relationships, build independent client base, and match candidates to client needs.
Candidate Sourcing: reach out to candidates, screen and prepare notes, build rapport, and align positions with candidates’ goals.
Recruitment: introduce client positions to candidates, coordinate and communicate throughout the hiring process, negotiate offers.
Reporting: track and report on key metrics, maintain data in Bullhorn, share information via reports and Microsoft Teams, collaborate with other recruiters.
Other: perform related duties as assigned.
Requirements
4‑year degree or equivalent business experience.
Fluent in Japanese and English, both written and spoken; preference for full bilingual proficiency.
Experience communicating via telephone and electronic channels.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, cooperative team environment.
Customer service experience in a similar Japanese/American placement or consulting company.
