BRAND MARKETING MANAGER
A leading Los Angeles–based beauty brand is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to support the continued growth and evolution of the brand across campaigns, launches, partnerships, and key cultural moments.
This role will play a central part in shaping how the brand shows up in the market from storytelling and positioning to execution across channels. You’ll collaborate closely with Creative, Product, Social, PR, and Leadership teams, as well as external partners, agencies, and talent.

What You’ll Do
Lead brand marketing initiatives across product launches, campaigns, and seasonal moments
Partner closely with Creative, Social, PR, Product Development, and E-Commerce teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling
Help define and evolve brand positioning, messaging, and visual direction
Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional workflows from concept through execution
Support partnerships, events, shoots, and experiential activations (including travel)
Analyze performance and brand impact, using insights to inform future strategy
What They’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in brand marketing (beauty strongly preferred; fashion or lifestyle also considered)
Proven experience leading brand campaigns and go-to-market initiatives
Strong creative sensibility with an understanding of beauty, culture, and consumer trends
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
Comfortable working in a hybrid setting with frequent travel
Polished, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills
