Job Overview General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on the customer's needs. They maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays and may be required to do paint mixing and fabric cutting.
Responsibilities Greet customers on the sales floor and provide assistance. Recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs. Maintain displays for Hobbies & Home Improvement. Perform paint mixing and fabric cutting as required.
Compensation In addition to base pay: annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply.
