Leidos is seeking a Systems Integrator for a 200+ FTE technical development program supporting the Sponsor's Entitlement Programs as well as IdAM /ICAM, Authentication, Authorization, Attributes and Digital Policy Management. The Systems Integrator must be highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. This hybrid-role combines program-level requirements management with executive administrative support to the front office leadership team. The ideal candidate will triage and manage incoming requirements, facilitate decision-making processes through established boards, and provide high-level administrative coordination. Duties may include ensuring that all projects run within scope, time, and budget constraints. This position also interfaces with task and functional leaders, subcontractors, and support personnel. Primary Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming requirements ("front door"), ensuring proper intake, tracking, and routing to the appropriate service team Capture meeting notes that will be distributed to attendees for concurrence on actions, subject conversation, and task assignment Lead and manage the Requirements Review Board (RRB) and RRB Triage, including agenda creation, documentation, facilitation, and follow-up actions Maintain end-to-end visibility of each requirement through the workflow, from intake to final disposition, ensuring timely updates and decision entry JIRA Groom the backlog to work through actions of JIRA tickets that have not been addressed Collaborate with service leads and technical teams to ensure accurate categorization, prioritization, and alignment of requirements with organizational capabilities Respond to customer inquiries regarding the status, ownership, and disposition of specific requirements Identify trends or recurring needs to inform leadership on process improvement opportunities within the RRB process Manage calendars for the Front Office Leadership team, ensuring alignment of priorities and strategic use of leadership time Conduct weekly calendar sync meetings with the Front Office Leadership team to confirm priorities Monitor, triage, and track incoming taskings or action items requiring group response, assign to appropriate resources and ensure timely closure Coordinate office operations such as holiday schedules for open/close notifications Compile, edit, format, and submit weekly highlights Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions, representing the front office with poise and accuracy Required Duties

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Master's degree and 15+ years of experience. Additional experience in lieu of degree. Proven ability to manage complex workflows and competing priorities with minimal oversight Proven experience with requirements intake and governance processes (e.g., RRB) Experience supporting Senior leadership within the government or similar mission space Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaborative tools (e.g., SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence, or similar) Proven leadership skills in a complex technical environment with tight security restrictions Experience with Project Management Experience Systems or Software delivery programs Desired Duties

System Engineer experience Experience with the Sponsor's entitlement management programs PMP, SAFe Agile Certification, and/or AWS certification Security +, ITIL, Amazon Web Services Certificate Experience with IdAM / ICAM delivery systems, Authentication, Authorization, Attributes, Entitlement Management and Digital Policy Management Pay and Benefits

Pay range $139,100.00 - $251,450.00. The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
