About The Role
Join a hypergrowth startup's early engineering team to build AI coaching for sales, deliver customer impact, and shape product direction. Requires TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Python skills.
Ship meaningful features end-to-end in rapid cycles
Define and uphold technical standards and architecture
Engage with users, digest feedback, and translate to product improvements
Increase scope of ownership as the team scales
Mentor and help recruit future engineers
Requirements
TypeScript + Node.js backend experience
React / React Native for frontend (or strong JS/TS full-stack experience)
Python exposure (for integrations, AI pipelines)
SQL / PostgreSQL (data modeling, performance)
Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, deployment, observability)
Willingness to work in NYC office full-time
Flexibility to put in long hours when needed
Prior 0 → 1 startup experience (especially early stage)
Experience owning end-to-end feature from product to delivery
Interest or experience in talking to customers, collecting feedback, iterating
