Job Summary We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager / Scrum Master
to lead the delivery of a Customer Portal initiative. This role will manage cross‑functional teams delivering customer-facing digital experiences, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and alignment with business and customer experience goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Agile delivery for
Customer Portal development initiatives , including web and mobile user experiences
Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Partner with Product Owners, UX teams, and business stakeholders to manage backlogs, priorities, and release plans
Coordinate dependencies across frontend, backend, Salesforce/CRM, and integration teams
Track delivery metrics (velocity, burndown, risks, issues) and provide executive‑level status reporting
Ensure customer security, access control, and compliance requirements are met
Required Qualifications
7+ years of Project Management / Scrum Master experience
Strong experience delivering customer‑facing portals or digital platforms
Experience working with distributed onshore/offshore teams
Preferred Skills
Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud / Customer Portals
Background in UX‑driven or CX transformation programs
