ServiceNow Architect – Contract

Remote (MST/PST time zones) Contract:
6+ months, contract-to-hire, remote Experience:
5+ years ServiceNow (3+ years architect/lead role)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead design & implementation of end-to-end ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CMDB)
Define architecture vision & roadmap with stakeholders and technical teams
Oversee customization, configuration, and integrations (REST, SOAP, OAuth2, MID Server)
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
Optimize platform performance, CMDB structure, and workflows
Ensure governance, security, and compliance across ServiceNow environments
Produce solution documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation guides
Lead upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements with minimal operational impact
Advise clients on platform capabilities, process automation, and best practices
Must-Have Qualifications:
5+ years hands‑on ServiceNow experience, 3+ years in architect/lead role
ServiceNow CSA certification required
Expertise in ServiceNow architecture, ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CMDB
Deep knowledge of platform capabilities, modules, and best practices
Proven ability to design scalable solutions aligned with CSDM
Experience with integrations and ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules)
Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and Agile methodologies
Experience managing large‑scale ServiceNow implementations
Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Orchestration, Event Management) experience
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps pipelines
Knowledge of advanced features: Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence
Salary:
$70.00/hr - $80.00/hr
