Base pay range $55,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr
Michelli Weighing & Measurement is seeking a mid-level Marketing Coordinator to support content development and event coordination. This role is ideal for a self-directed marketer who can follow brand guidelines, take ownership of initiatives, and execute projects independently.
Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Copywriting
Research, outline, and write polished marketing content that aligns with our marketing plan.
Produce a variety of content formats, including:
Blog posts (including coordinating guest posts with vendor partners)
Internal newsletters
External email campaigns
Collaborate with internal subject‑matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy.
Digital Marketing & Design
Build and deploy marketing emails using our established templates and visual standards.
Edit and update marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Suite.
Assist with basic graphics and video creation as needed.
Support website updates, content refreshes, and page optimizations.
Social Media Management
Manage and schedule posts across Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
Ensure social content aligns with brand voice and campaign goals.
Monitor engagement and support ongoing audience growth.
Events & Trade Shows
Coordinate trade show logistics, including registration, booth setup, materials, and communication with internal teams.
Assist with vendor coordination, packing lists, and event follow‑through.
Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
2–4 years of marketing or communications experience (B2B experience preferred).
Strong writing and editing skills. (Please be prepared to submit writing samples.)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, & Premiere Pro).
Experience working in Canva.
Basic video editing experience.
Bonus / Nice to Have
Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
Familiarity with B2B industrial or technical industries.
SEO knowledge or experience with email automation tools.
