Job Overview Seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with strong development and implementation skills.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
9-12 years of experience as an individual contributor and team player.
Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and implementation.
Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development using Power Platform, Power Automate, and Azure.
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, data model, and security model.
Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) and/or Sales.
Microsoft 365 technologies including SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agent, and AI Builder.
Ability to create business processes and custom connectors with Microsoft Flow.
Design, develop, and support solutions within Power Platform using out‑of‑the‑box features.
Expertise in designing and developing custom business apps (Canvas Apps, SharePoint Form Apps, Model‑Driven Apps).
Hands‑on experience in Microsoft Dataverse.
Experience with Power BI is a plus.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate, PL‑200, PL‑400.
