The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring that all customers receive a quality in-store experience by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and ensuring store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team and drives store performance through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales. What You’ll Do
Open and Closing Routines Product Knowledge & Brand Awareness Business Understanding Proactive Thinking Attention to Detail Register/Point of Sales use Asset Protection Visual Displays System Skills Work Schedule Requirements Work Schedule Requirements
Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 12–16 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays. During peak timeframes, hours may increase to support business needs. Qualifications
Education – High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred. Retail Experience – At least 1 year of retail experience preferred. Supervisor/Managerial Experience – Not required.
