Account Manager Location: Woburn, MA

Responsibilities

Sales support – preparing budgets and quotations on products and/or services.

Communicating with sales & design departments to ensure that projects in production meet conceptual vision and client expectations.

Distribution and clarification of work orders to production.

Estimating costs for projects and assisting AEs with wording for proposals.

Daily communication with production regarding project details and changes.

Initiate and lead weekly project‑specific meetings, communicating results to all affected team members.

With the assistance of logistics, develop crate content lists and shipping manifests.

With the assistance of detailing, create set‑up packages for on‑site managers.

Initiate and lead post‑event meetings, thorough review of outcomes, full accounting report of all associated costs and variances, and publish findings to all team members with emphasis on process improvements.

Show service estimates, show form completion, show service subcontractors, reconciliation of project expenses, shipping documents and orchestration.

Swift issue resolution.

Assisting in training and development of new team members when necessary.

Travel may be required to support the sales team and/or clients at shows.

Contribute significantly in all areas of the company as a valued team member.

Requirements

Proven work experience as an Account Manager or in a relevant role.

Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels.

Experience delivering client‑focused solutions based on customer needs.

Excellent listening, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.

BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
