Role Overview The Cyclyx Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Developer/Administrator will enhance, maintain, and optimize our D365 F&O environment. This role works closely with stakeholders to design effective solutions, support day‑to‑day operations, and ensure that our ERP system remains stable, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and extend D365 F&O using X++, .NET, Power Platform, Azure services, and related tools.
Administer, configure, and support D365 F&O modules, security roles, workflows, and integrations.
Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical specifications and solution designs.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—finance, operations, supply chain, IT—to implement improvements.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system integrity and data accuracy.
Manage deployments, code releases, and environment updates using Azure DevOps, LCS (Lifecycle Services), and Power Platform.
Create and maintain system documentation, technical guides, and user training materials.
Ensure compliance with best practices, security standards, and Microsoft’s recommended architecture.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
3+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or AX 2012.
Strong proficiency in X++ and C# development and customization.
Experience with integrations using REST APIs, Data Management Framework, OData, and Azure.
Solid understanding of D365 architecture, environments, and LCS or Power Platform deployment processes.
Familiarity with core business processes such as finance, supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing.
Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining customer‑facing mobile applications in operational environments.
Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 administration, configuration, customization, maintenance, and security.
Proven technical experience with Dynamics application architecture, designing & building custom workflows, and Power Platform.
3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management experience.
Preferred Requirements
Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-300, MB-500).
Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Fabric.
Understanding of security roles, segregation of duties, and ERP governance principles.
Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric integrations using Synapse or Fabric Link.
Education/Training
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.

Manager, Enterprise Applications
Type:
Exempt; Full‑time
Work Hours:
Flexible, but must be available 8:00‑5:00, Monday‑Thursday on site with occasional evening and weekend work. Friday is a work‑from‑home day.
Location:
The Woodlands, TX
Work environment:
Primarily an office environment but may also work in an industrial environment at times where PPE is required.
Travel:
Minimal – less than 10% as needed to meet with members and attend off‑site meetings.
Physical Demand:
Office‑type; occasional lifting and manual work.
