Job Summary – SAP ISU Functional Lead/Architect Lead the functional design, configuration, and implementation of SAP IS-U solutions for utility industry clients. Translate complex utility business requirements (meter-to-cash, billing, device management, customer service, FICA) into SAP functional designs and specifications. Guide and mentor onshore/offshore teams; review deliverables, manage project timelines, and resolve complex functional issues. Engage with business users and IT stakeholders; lead solution workshops and present system demonstrations. Oversee and coordinate all phases of testing (UT, SIT, UAT) for new releases and system changes to ensure quality deliverables. Manage post-production support, including incident resolution, problem analysis, and ensuring high system availability. Integrate SAP IS-U with related SAP modules (FI, SD, CRM) and external systems (e.g., MDM, AMI). Prepare functional documentation, write technical specifications, and maintain compliance with industry standards. Leverage expertise in SAP IS-U, utility business processes, and Agile/ITIL methodologies to drive project success. Communicate effectively and demonstrate leadership within cross‑functional project teams.
