About the Role We are seeking a Robotics Engineer to design, build, and deploy autonomous systems with a primary focus on aerial robots (UAS/drones) and intelligent AI agents. A core element of this role is developing
speech-driven control interfaces and natural-language command systems
that allow humans to interact intuitively with robotic platforms. You will work across perception, planning, controls, and
voice interfaces , including deployment on
NVIDIA Jetson
hardware.
What You’ll Do
Design, prototype, and test autonomous drone platforms and robotic systems
Develop
speech recognition and natural-language command pipelines
for robot control
Integrate ASR (automatic speech recognition) and LLM-based agent behaviors for mission command
Deploy and optimize AI workloads on
NVIDIA Jetson (Nano, Xavier, Orin)
Build human-robot interaction workflows enabling
hands-free, voice-based tasking
Integrate sensors such as IMUs, GPS, LiDAR, cameras, and onboard compute modules
Develop simulation and real-world validation environments
Conduct field testing and iterate autonomy and speech command robustness
Ensure adherence to aviation and safety regulatory standards
Preferred Experience
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Robotics, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, CS, or related field
Hands‑on experience with drones/UAS or mobile robotic platforms
Strong experience with
NVIDIA Jetson platforms and JetPack SDK
Experience with
automatic speech recognition (ASR)
and
keyword spotting
Familiarity with
LLMs or conversational AI for agent command generation
Proficiency in
ROS/ROS2 , C++ and/or Python
Background in controls, motion planning, or SLAM
Package
$160,000 + Bonus
