Execute various technical tasks and responsibilities within field operations. Perform on‑site installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of equipment and systems. Ensure functionality and reliability of various technologies. Conduct site surveys, configure hardware and software, test systems for proper operation, and provide technical support to customers. Utilize and comprehend project safety plan (JHA, AHA, PFW), enforcing M.C. Dean handbook and policies. Participate in quality reviews of design documentation, analyzing and interpreting drawing packages to evaluate constructability. Track project metrics and participate in weekly resource allocation meetings. Verify correct charges in timesheets on projects. Execute installation and maintenance activities within planned durations, ensuring completion of detailed documentation. Track and inventory tools, conduct tool inspections, and organize material ordering and receiving. Conduct daily ORM meetings, ensure team compliance with safety requirements, and complete accident/incident reporting. Participate in PITCO plan creation and build out, executing PITCO plan to ensure high‑quality testing and installation. Install system raceway, cabling, equipment racks, enclosures, and panels, adhering to industry standards. Terminate, test, and configure electronic devices, network and IT equipment. Manage base switch configurations, participate in configuration of servers and workstations, and troubleshoot programmable components. Ensure compliance with established QC plans and checklists, conducting quality control inspections and documenting findings. Install and maintain field devices, terminate and test system components, and troubleshoot copper and fiber optic issues. Lead commissioning efforts, track commissioning activities, and assist in representing M.C. Dean in meetings with owners and design teams. Communicate consistently with project teams, other trades, and customers, demonstrating dedication and collaboration. Lead by example, provide constructive feedback, mentor crew members, and encourage strategic thinking and innovation. Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills, aligning with M.C. Dean's vision, mission, and values. Provide look ahead for assignment of manpower, material procurement/staging and resource planning. Qualifications

HS diploma or GED. Military Electronics Training (minimum 720 classroom hours) or Graduation from an accredited Electronics Technician program or Graduation from an Electrical Apprenticeship program. Three (3) years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities. Night shift scheduled Friday – Sunday 6PM – 6:30AM. Required Progressive Experience
6+ years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities on multiple systems and with multiple customer programs. Strong oral, written and presentation skills. Demonstrated background working with multidisciplinary teams. Strong time‑management and organization skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Valid driver’s license; may require intermittent use of a company vehicle. Preferred Qualifications
Vendor certifications in multiple IDS, ACS, and CCTV systems (CCURE, Lenel, Identiv/Hirsch Velocity, Bosch Radionics, Bosch CCTV, Bosch BVMS, AIphone Intercom Systems, Airphone, FFT, DIVAR, Windows OS & certifications). Three years experience focused in electronic security systems. OSHA 30 certification. Pay Range

The position requires the ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Proper lifting techniques and safety protocols must be followed to ensure personal and team safety. Relocates a 12 foot stepladder without assistance. Works at various heights up to 60 feet and can climb and maintain balance on scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks and all types of ladders. Walks, climbs, lifts, squats, crawls, kneels, pushes, pulls and reaches overhead on a routine and repetitive basis. Possess good vision (may be corrected vision), the ability to see in color, and the ability to hear and communicate in English.
