The Role An established construction firm in the Dallas market is seeking a
high‑performing Superintendent
to lead
ground‑up construction projects
across multiple sectors, including
industrial, office, multifamily, and mission‑critical environments .
This role is designed for a Superintendent with a
strong industrial or complex construction background
who is comfortable owning the jobsite from
mobilization through closeout . You will serve as the primary on‑site leader, working closely with the Project Manager while maintaining full accountability for
schedule, safety, quality, trade coordination, and field execution .
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and direct all
on‑site field operations
on assigned ground‑up projects
Lead
site logistics, sequencing, short‑interval planning, and daily production meetings
Partner with the Project Manager to
identify and resolve constructability or quality issues early
Establish and manage
subcontractor performance schedules and manpower plans
Enforce OSHA compliance and maintain a
safety‑first, accountability‑driven jobsite culture
Conduct regular
Toolbox Talks
and safety meetings with all field personnel
Coordinate inspections, punch work, and closeout to ensure
clean, on‑time delivery
Maintain consistent communication with
trade partners, architects, clients, and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
5–10+ years of Superintendent experience on
ground‑up construction projects valued at $10M+
Strong background in
industrial, complex commercial, or multi‑sector ground‑up construction
Proven experience delivering projects from
foundations through final turnover
Deep understanding of
trade coordination, safety leadership, and schedule control
Ability to lead teams with confidence, accountability, and professionalism
Experience using
modern construction technology and field reporting tools
Exposure to
Office, Industrial, Multifamily, and/or Mission‑Critical projects
