Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Veterinary Technician based in Minneapolis, MN. The Veterinary Technician will be responsible for providing direct care to animal patients, assisting with medical procedures, and supporting veterinarians during examinations and surgeries. Key responsibilities include administering medications, performing diagnostic tests, maintaining patient records, and educating clients on proper pet care and preventative health practices. Additionally, the role involves monitoring anesthesia and ensuring the comfort and well‑being of all animals in our care.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Animal Care and knowledge of Pet Care best practices
Expertise in Veterinary Technology and the ability to assist during procedures
Experience with Anesthesiology and monitoring animals during surgery
Ability to educate clients on animal healthcare and wellness
Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in maintaining accurate records
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Certification (or CVT eligible) as a Veterinary Technician is required
Passion for working with animals and their owners and a commitment to their well‑being
