Base salary range: $60,000 – $67,000 per year (based on experience)
Location: Denver, Colorado (on-site only, not hybrid or remote)

Position Summary The Accounts Payable Specialist will manage all aspects of accounts payable across multiple business entities. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy, and a proven ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Process a high volume of invoices weekly across multiple entities.
Verify, code, and reconcile invoices with appropriate approvals.
Prepare and process weekly check runs and electronic payments.
Maintain vendor files, handle inquiries, and resolve payment discrepancies.
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and assist with month‑end close.
Track and verify vendor statements and credits.
Communicate with internal departments and vendors to ensure efficient processing.
Support the accounting team with additional projects as needed to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a multi‑entity or hospitality environment.
Strong understanding of general accounting principles.
Experience managing accounts across multiple business units.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
Proficiency with Excel and accounting software (knowledge of Restaurant365 or similar a plus).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on‑site corporate office environment.
