Role Summary We are seeking Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide home‑based direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the R/BT is responsible for implementing specific treatment plans designed to address the child's needs for behavioral management, social, daily living, and community skills.

Qualifications
Minimum of 6 months experience with children that have disabilities
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel up to one hour from your residence to provide services to clients, if applicable
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job which may include periods of sitting and standing as needed
