RESPONSIBILITIES
Kforce has a client in Westlake, TX that is seeking a Sailpoint Engineer.
Team player developing and deploying software in a fast-paced and highly flexible environment
Collaborating in an autonomous team, owning all aspects of delivery (Coding, Quality, DevSecOps)
Focused on improving test coverage, release velocity, and production health
Working with global Agile teams and contributing to enhancing engineering practices
Exercising operational expertise, targeting Engineering and DevOps excellence
Continuously learning and growing skillsets to be an active contributor to a well‑rounded team

REQUIREMENTS
B.S. in Computer Science preferred; Engineering, Mathematics, or comparable
8 years of experience building and developing with SailPoint IdentityIQ product
Expertise in onboarding applications, Lifecycle events, Certifications, and Roles in SailPoint IdentityIQ
Hands‑on experience with automation and pipeline implementation (Testing, CI/CD)
Experience working in an agile environment (Scrum and Kanban)
Strong engineering skills and experience developing maintainable, scalable, multi‑tiered applications
Maniacal focus on automation and on reducing waste and improving efficiencies
Enjoy communicating and learning the business behind the application
TECHNOLOGIES
SailPoint IdentityIQ platform – Lifecycle Manager, Certifications, Roles, Joiner/Mover/Leaver events
Onboarding applications with connectors like Active Directory, JDBC, SCIM 2.0, Azure Active Directory
Programming languages: Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, Angular, SQL
XML, JSON, REST, and application servers such as Tomcat
Developing APIs (REST, SCIM) leveraging Java‑based development
Building, installing, testing IIQ using Services Standards Build/Deployment (SSB/SSD)
Installing, patching, and upgrading IIQ
Analyzing and troubleshooting issues in various components of IIQ
Application Lifecycle Management tools: GIT, Maven, Jenkins, Artifactory, Veracode, Sonar
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce’s sole discretion until paid and may be modified at its discretion consistent with the law.
