Responsibilities
Lead or support implementation of electrical components or electronic systems on generator platforms, including validation, testing, and post‑production support.
Develop and execute test specifications and procedures to validate component or system function.
Work with cross‑functional teams to implement electrical and control systems.
Troubleshoot failures and work with suppliers to resolve issues.
Make recommendations for product improvements.
Develop and implement special electronic systems as needed for testing.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
3+ years of experience in design, validation, and testing of electrical components and systems.
Working design knowledge of analog and digital components, microprocessor‑based systems, and control systems.
Ability to interpret component specifications, electrical schematics, and troubleshoot parts individually or as part of a system.
Proven ability to use electrical and software tools to test or validate components and systems.
Excellent communication skills and ability to present technical information via reports and presentations.
Experience leading investigations on electrical and software issues and mentoring associates.
