Legal Assistant
to join its Commercial Litigation Group in the Phoenix, Arizona office. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional who takes initiative, builds strong relationships, and delivers high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a collaborative and client-focused team. Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative and litigation support to attorneys throughout all phases of case management. Prepare, proofread, revise, and finalize legal documents and correspondence. Perform e-filing in state, federal, and appellate courts. Maintain and organize confidential files, records, legal documents, and reports. Conduct new matter intake and conflict checks; assist with time entry and client billing. Manage attorneys’ calendars, schedule travel, meetings, and conferences. Coordinate and track deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks and filings. Collaborate with attorneys and staff to support trial preparation and case logistics. Perform additional administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications
Minimum of 2–5 years of litigation experience, preferably in a law firm environment. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat. Experience with electronic document management systems; FileSite experience a plus. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Excellent grammar, spelling, and written communication abilities. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven, team‑oriented setting. Positive, professional attitude with a proactive and flexible approach. Willingness to work overtime when needed.
