Job Summary The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading all warehouse activities that supports the assembly locations and multiple field service location, with a primary focus on maintaining precise and reliable inventory accuracy. This role ensures that every part, component, and piece of equipment is accurately received, stored, tracked, and distributed to meet operational demands. The Warehouse Supervisor drives a culture of accountability and attention to detail, ensuring that inventory integrity, organization, and accuracy are upheld at all times. This position plays a key role in supporting production and field operations by keeping materials flowing efficiently, transparently, and error‑free.

Essential Duties

Provides leadership, direction, and coaching to warehouse staff, building a high‑performing team and fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Supervises day‑to‑day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, staging, issuing, and shipping of materials.

Ensures accurate inventory levels across multiple manufacturing facilities by overseeing cycle counts, reconciliations, and root cause analysis of variances.

Manages material flow from warehouse to production lines, ensuring parts and components are delivered on time to support manufacturing schedules.

Develops and enforces warehouse processes that support material handling, efficient space utilization, and compliance with company standards.

Maintains ERP system accuracy by ensuring all transactions are properly recorded in real‑time.

Collaborates with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Production teams to forecast demand, identify shortages, and resolve material constraints.

Oversees warehouse equipment and ensures it is maintained in safe, working condition.

Monitors key warehouse metrics (inventory accuracy, material delivery timeliness, stock discrepancies) and implements improvements as needed.

Ensures compliance with company safety policies, regulatory standards, and quality requirements.

Oversee accurate inventory management, including cycle counts, physical counts, and reconciliation.

Maintain organized, clearly labeled storage areas with proper bin locations and part mapping.

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in coordination with Supply Chain and Accounting.

Drive process improvements to increase accuracy and reduce waste.

Qualifications Education

High School or GED

Preferred

2 Year / Associate Degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or related field from an accredited university.

Experience

1 year experience in warehouse supervision or inventory management.

Honorably discharged service veterans are preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Knowledge of warehouse operations, material handling, and inventory control best practices.

Strong understanding of manufacturing support, production material flow, and supply chain processes.

Proficiency in ERP systems and warehouse management systems (WMS).

Ability to analyze inventory data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.

Leadership and team development skills, including the ability to train, coach, and motivate staff.

Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Effective problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities in a fast‑paced environment.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work across departments.

Knowledge of safety practices, standards, and regulatory compliance in a warehouse environment.

Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Organizational time management skills to maintain inventory accuracy and workflow efficiency.

Analytical skills and problem‑solving skills to identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements.

Equipment & Software

Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) for inventory and production support.

Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) for reporting, analysis, and communication.

Experience using scanning devices, RFID systems, and barcoding technology for inventory accuracy.

Ability to operate and oversee safe use of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and material handling tools.

Additional Job Requirements

Will be required to carry a cell phone and be available to respond during working and non‑working hours.

Willing to work Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Possess a customer focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion.

Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional evenings and weekends as required.

Willing to consent to and pass a background check and drug screening.
