Parts Counter Associate Responsibilities
Assist technicians and customers by identifying, sourcing, and providing the correct Porsche parts and accessories
Maintain accurate inventory through proper receiving, stocking, and tracking procedures
Process parts orders efficiently for both wholesale and retail customers
Communicate effectively with Service Advisors, Technicians, and vendors
Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service at the front counter and over the phone
Maintain a clean, organized parts department and follow all safety guidelines
Stay current on Porsche parts updates, catalog systems, and product information
Support the service team by preparing parts for scheduled repairs and maintenance
Parts Counter Associate Compensation And Benefits

Parts Counter Associate Qualifications
Previous automotive parts experience required; Porsche or European brand experience preferred
Strong knowledge of parts catalog systems, inventory control, and ordering procedures
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to identify parts accurately and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
Strong computer skills and familiarity with dealership management systems
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform duties that involve standing and moving throughout the day
Corporate Requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre‑employment drug screen.
