Warehouse Associate – ICM Corporation
Join our team at ICM, a growing e‑commerce and manufacturing company located south of Milwaukee.
Responsibilities
Wrap products based on specified size, choosing appropriate box and packing material.
Lift up to 70 lbs, use hand carts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
Manage freight orders: pick, build skids, load, band, and wrap for shipment.
Weigh, measure, and ship products using UPS, FedEx Ground, and FedEx Express.
Stock shelves: remove product from boxes, place on shelves, break down boxes.
Assist in other warehouse duties such as packing, picking orders, and general support.
Cross‑train in various warehouse departments based on performance.
Qualifications
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs comfortably.
Good reading and basic math skills (rulers, measurements).
Strong teamwork, time management, and reliability.
Flexible and goal‑driven attitude.
