Position Description
Tri-County Administration seeks a full-time maintenance worker to provide maintenance and repair of agency owned/leased equipment, buildings, and grounds. We are looking for an individual with maintenance experience to resolve maintenance requests in structures, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, grounds and perform preventative maintenance.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Makes repairs to buildings and equipment as requested.
Provides upkeep of agency grounds including mowing, trimming, weeding, and yard trash disposal as directed.
Performs preventative maintenance duties as assigned.
May perform housekeeping duties as directed.
Performs other reasonable and related duties as assigned.
Required to meet and maintain TCHS Approved Driver Qualifications and transport TCHS persons served in any agency vehicle.
Minimum Training and Experience
At least two (2) years of full‑time experience in the repair and maintenance of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
A high school diploma or GED.
Demonstrate a professional demeanor with strong multitasking skills.
