We are searching for qualified customer service reps with personality, exceptional people skills, and a positive attitude.
As a Domino's Pizza CSR, you are the first contact with every customer who calls our stores. Your professionalism and optimism are vital to creating a pleasant experience for customers.
As a CSR you will receive training on our computer system and will gain confidence through working with customers.
General Job Duties:
Operate all equipment
Stock and rotate ingredients from delivery to storage/work area/walk‑in cooler
Prepare products
Receive and process telephone and internet orders
Count inventory and complete paperwork
Clean equipment and facility
Communicate verbally and written with customers/co‑workers over the phone and in person
